Susan Geoghegan

Susan was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has resided here for over 70 years, and has devoted a huge portion of her life to Education. Susan graduated from Sacred Heart of Jesus High School, and went on to split her college years between Loyola University and The University of New Orleans. She graduated in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science in Business. She taught at several schools over the years including Pierre A Capdau, Chalmette HS, Marion Abramson HS, John F Kennedy HS, Ursuline Academy, and Isidore Newman HS.

Susan became one of the first female State Farm Agents in the state of Louisiana in 1979. She rapidly became recognized as one of the Top 100 New Agents. Since then, she has gone on to service her customers in the Greater New Orleans area while obtaining multiple achievements such as Legion of Honor, President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Senior VP Club, & Crystal Excellence. She is also a commercial leader in Orleans and Jefferson Parishes.

Outside of State Farm, Susan is extremely active in giving back to the community. She has served on multiple boards, and actively contributes to Save the Orphans and Spay Mart. One of the most gratifying contributions of her life has been being a foster parent. She truly believes in providing for others, and leading by example.
